My sister purchased a year of personal training with a gym membership and although she’s only part of the way through her year she has had several personal trainers. The gym can’t seem to keep them for very long because they’re not meeting sales targets.

After he went through the manual and set up my blue tooth, details that puts him at the top of my customer service list anyway, he did something that created excitement AND action on my part.
One of the most time consuming and extremely important pre-marketing activities you can invest in, is to know your customer’s mindset.
Marketing is the process towards the sale. When you are an active part of marketing your business (i.e. networking, blogging, cold calling, etc) your frame of mind should be one of relaxing into the situation and not always trying to manipulate it to your advantage.
We really can’t control what someone does with the information we share, but we can control if, when and how we share it.
We’re pumped up in the meetings, we’ve named it and claimed it, but when the motivation wears off we’re left with the image of what could be, still stuck in our heads.
Anyone relying on word of mouth or referrals to grow their business knows that lifestyle marketing can be a powerful method of attracting new business.
It means knowing that you are probably not blazing any new trails and that there was someone who came before you that you can learn from. Mentor, coach, copy… what ever you want to call it.
