6 Days On The Road and I’m Gonna Make It Home Tonight

I’m in Moncton, NB on the way to my home town in Halifax, Nova Scotia and although I’ve been lucky enough to take advantage of the Memorial Day weekend I have been stopping at cafes and staying at hotels with internet so I could work along the way.  This is our great advantage to me working from home… I can work from anywhere!

My “to go” office includes my laptop and cell phone and little else.  I keep a zip drive on me so I can quickly download a file I need printed and ask the front desk to help me or find a local office store and print it there.  Staples is by far the cheapest and they’ll print it for you!  Working from home (ie cafes on the road) is a great way to meet locals.  Some of our best off the beaten path adventures have been discovered while chatting with locals at the various coffee shops along the way.
